Cancellation
Following considerations will be made
If a customer by mistake places order of the same product with same quantity.
Cancellation request will only be considered if a customer places cancellation request with in 12 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be considered if the order/orders are already shipped.
Return
Return will be accepted only If the product is received damaged or defective.
Return Process:
Initiate the return: You should initiate the process of return within 24 hours of receiving the product. The return request can be initiated via our website or you can reach out to us at rmjjewellers6465@gmail.com. Any return initiated after 24 hours will not be considered.
Provide Order Detail: Please provide your order detail like order number item you wish to return and reason for the return. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Packaging and Shipping: carefully pack the items in its original packaging to ensure safe return. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service to ensure the item/items reaches us.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the item/items our team will inspect them to verify whether they meet the return eligibility criteria. If approved refund process will be initiated. The refund will be issued to the original payment methods used during purchase. For Example, if you have purchased via a Credit card refund will be made to same credit card. If your return is approved you will get the refund within 15 working days.
Return Shipping Cost: If the return is due to error on our part like wrong item, defective products then the shipping cost will be covered by us.
If the return is not due to any error on our part like change of mind or any other reason which is not caused by any error on our part you will have bear the cost of return shipping.
